Founder and CEO of FusyFox, graduated from PUC-Rio (Brazil) with a Master's Degree in Computer Science (2018), where he studied applications of blockchain technology with the Internet of Things (IoT). His professional background includes years of experience as a researcher, as well as a proven history of success in the computer software industry. His particular strengths are in areas like distributed computing, data science, blockchain, cryptocurrency, machine learning, and .NET. Adrian has been responsible for developing a clear vision and strategy for FusyFox, setting goals and a roadmap to achieve them. In addition, he has built a solid team and has been in charge of organizing tasks and general objectives.
Claudia Noval Chief Operator Officer (COO)
Claudia is an accomplished marketer with a passion for innovation and diplomacy. She holds a Master of Science degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil, 2019) and since then on focused her attention on Science and Innovation Diplomacy. Her exceptional skill set has enabled her to collaborate on the development of the "São Paulo Framework of Innovation Diplomacy". Claudia has a strong background in business, having worked as Editor of a tourism magazine and as CCO of a cryptocurrency exchange. She has also been involved in several exciting projects related to cryptocurrency and trading, where the knowledge and experience gained have been invaluable to her work at FusyFox. Claudia is also responsible for creating and maintaining partnerships with other companies and projects to support the growth and success of FusyFox.
Roger Avila Chief strategy officer (CSO)
Leveraging his extensive expertise in Canadian business operations spanning over two decades, Roger has played a crucial role in providing strategic guidance to FusyFox. Drawing upon his knowledge and experience, he has offered invaluable insights on key decisions related to marketing and operations. Additionally, he has identified growth opportunities based on FusyFox's customer base and emerging startup competitors, pinpointing potential areas for expansion. Through his expertise and guidance, Roger has significantly contributed to the company's success by aiding in overcoming challenges and facilitating growth.
Jorge Ernesto Jaén Duany
Head of Business (CBDO)
BSc. Economics (University of Havana, 2015), with 7 years of experience as a Macroeconomist Analyst and Foreign trade and currencies public policy at the Ministry of Economy (Havana, Cuba). Co-writer of Cuba's current crypto assets regulations and ex-permanent member of the Crypto Asset Commission (under the Central Bank President’s rule). Former Business Development Manager for Latin America of CoinEX exchange focused mainly in Cuba, and responsible for visible brand growth in the country. Jorge monitors industry trends and competition and plays an essential role in establishing B2B partnerships and collaborations at FusyFox
Rayner Bestard Díaz
Game developer with expertise in both programming and design, and has made significant contributions to hit titles such as Gold Fever, Dark Life Excalibur, and A-VOID, leveraging Unreal Engine's power to create immersive experiences that captivate players. With a Bachelor's in Computing Sciences (2013) and a solid foundation in game design principles, he also has successfully implemented a wide range of systems including progression, inventory, combat, AI, user interface, and soundtracks. In addition to his technical skills, his experience as a university professor in web application development has been essential for project management and team leadership.
René Alejandro Díaz
With over a decade of experience in the film and entertainment industry as an audiovisual communication designer, René has had the privilege of collaborating with numerous video game design companies and distributors worldwide, spanning from the United States, Spain, Chile, Jordan, to Canada. He graduated from the University of the Arts (ISA, Havana, Cuba) and currently, he is working as an editor, 2D animator, and content creator for digital channels and social media platforms at FusyFox. Thanks to his vast expertise in this domain, he has cultivated a sharp eye for detail and a profound appreciation for the creative process behind the development of FusyFox: Mission to Mars.
Pedro Machado Leiva
Pedro is a Blockchain technology researcher and developer, who specializes in constructing and designing smart contracts using Solidity. He graduated from the Technological University of Havana (CUJAE, Havana, Cuba) and possesses excellent analytical thinking abilities that enable him to plan and monitor task progress effectively. Pedro is highly committed to his personal growth and development, continuously seeking to improve his skills and expand his knowledge. In his role as a scrum master, he leads the team with passion and dedication, always striving to deliver outstanding results. Moreover, Pedro has taken on several responsibilities within our team, including designing a Solidity course.
Ariel Castro García
Video game developer
Proficient in both the Unreal Engine and Unity video game engines, his main skills in game development span gameplay programming, artificial intelligence creation, and UI programming. He graduated from the University of Informatics Sciences and possesses expertise in creating shaders and materials in Unreal Engine. Currently pursuing a master's degree in Art and Digital Design for Video Games, he has previously contributed to noteworthy projects such as Gold Fever, Dark Life Excalibur, and ShuvaniGame, among other prototypes. As the leader of FusyFox's development team, his responsibilities center around directing and coordinating the programmers and technical artists, as well as bridging the gap between project management and the development team.
Oslen Morales Vento
Oslen is a skilled audiovisual communicator, with extensive experience in 3D modeling, rendering, lighting, sculpting, texturing, and UV mapping. His expertise in these areas has enabled him to thrive in his position as a 3D artist at FusyFox, where he has focused on designing weapons for the game. Driven by his passion for creating visually striking and captivating content, he consistently strives to enhance his skills and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
